About Spotted Sparrow

Spotted Sparrow was founded by artist Theresa Bond of Austin, Texas. The subject of her art, whether as an etching, relief print, painting or collage, is inspired by nature. As a child growing up in Brazoria County, Texas, she spent her free time out exploring the fields and creeks that surrounded her home. Spotted Sparrow is inspired by the spunky song birds that frequent her home in Central Austin. There is beauty in small moments; her goal as an artist is to capture the essence of those moments.
